We’ve spent the last few days tucked up in Alonnisos next to our new best friends, Michael and Marita on their lovely catamaran, Let’s Dance. They’re from Australia and have bought their boat in France and are taking it home. They have a YouTube channel which is brilliant which you can access here.

We had a couple of lovely dinners together and shared a car to explore the island. It’s pretty small with basically one road from one end to the other but there are some lovely bays to anchor and the water looks amazing. We’ve parted company today but will hopefully catch up with them again in Turkey.

Like in Hydra, donkeys are used to transport goods around the steep lanes of the old town of Alonnisos.
