I had no idea what to write for V and then realised that the airport in Athens, where we’ve flown to today, is called El Venizelos. Good enough for me!

We arrived in Athens to find it a balmy 27C with the usual blue sky. We have booked an apartment for a couple of nights while we get the boat back in the water and are delighted to find it’s right in the middle of town a couple of hundred metres from our favourite gyros shop! Yammas!
